Jay and his wife have no kids by mutual agreement. He is obviously happy being married to her while having no kids. If he wasn't, he would not have married her or would have eventually divorced her.

shareThe OP was off on this one. He stated that the first year he started the Tonight Show in 1992 he lost his mom. The year after he lost his dad. Then his brother died. Leno and his wife do not have any kids, and I am guessing he may of only had one sibling, his brother. Not sure if he has nieces or nephews, but no doubt his immediate family was all gone.
This is why he said he felt so close to the people at NBC. He was a workaholic and was there for 22 years. No doubt these people would be like family to him.
