episodes a season

Does anybody happen to know how many episodes there were each season? I remember it beign a weekday afternoon show, so I would expect the first season to have 65 episodes. But a few months ago, I found a blog with scans from early production info on the show, including a first season episode guide which looked like it was published in a magazine or soemthing like that, and only 13 episodes were lsited. is this true, or could that have been a small fraction of the season?

One thing I noticed about that guide is that, if it was true, there weren't very many first season episodes that took place at the hotel. The hotel was apparantly first shown in, I think, either episode 6 or 7, and I only noticed two episode descriptions about the hotel (Devil of a Job and Bewitched Bob), and both were full episodes as opposed to half-story episodes. I remember therte being episodes mentioned focusing on Constance and Mr. Thickley, respectively, but I don't know if those had any scenes taking place at the hotel, or if they just appeared, outside of the hotel situation.

Got a link? I'd like to see these scans myself.

Did the blog say anything about Digeri Dingo?

While reading the first season episode guide in that blog post, it seems like many of the supporting only made a few appearances in the first season. It's possible that certain characters do appear in certain episodes and just aren't mentioned (for example, I know that Bull Gator and Axyl appear in The Dog the Turtle Story but aren't mentioned in the description, and Hugh makes a cameo in Pup Goes the Wendell). But it seems like the most major supporting characters in the first season are the Tasmanian Devil family, with almost every half-hour of shows featuring at least one appearance by at least one of Taz's relatives.

Bull Gator and Axyl also seem to appear quite frequently, as do the Platypus Brothers, though still a handful compared to other characters. Unless they just aren't mentioned in the descriptions, it appears that the kiwi, the bushrats, and even Francis X. Bushlad and Didgery Dingo only appeared in one episode each. The first season apparantly only had four episodes concerning the Hotel Tasmania and/ or it's staff (aside from Taz and the Platypus Brothers).

This comes off as a bit o a shock, considering that most episodes were broken into two short cartoons, and I would think that the shows writers and producers would want the audienc eto be as familair with the characters as soon as possible. With so many characters recieving so few appearances in the first season, it's a wonder that many of them were even in the shows opening.
