Does anyone know what creature the father was? And how did the series end?

shareI vagly rememder how it ended. It was something like the street sharks discovered a wired underground society of mutant lizard men and that the Dad was living there with them, but you never got to see what he looked like. And I think the Dad kicked the crap out of Dr. Piranoid too.
