...there were bits that were quite sinister. Especially the shots of the underwater cities. Dunno if it was just me but i remember it being quite dark, and the low quality animation added to that effect. Definitely a unique cartoon

yeah and the music was creepy when they zoomed in on the city as well.

Yes, and it was about gangsters, which wouldnt have been suitable for very young children. Speaking of sinister, i thought dr Jelly was the scariest cartoon villain ever. Im 26 now and watched an episode with him, and it still made me feel a little scared :P it was deifnately a unique cartoon, nothing can compare to it
