Please help me find the name of this show! :(

Hey, i'm really desperate guys. There was a show on channel 5 here in the uk in the late 90's and it was either australian or kiwi (i was too young to tell the difference at the time) But it was along the same kind of lines as round the twist but from what i recall it was set in some sort of wildlife reserve. It often featured kind of supernatural elements in it. It was shown in the morning if this helps at all?
Sorry if that's not a lot to go on but I can't find anything on it on the internet and it's driving me mad!
