David Duchovny may not even remember doing this or maybe he does. He's working on "Californication" for Showtime, which was the channel that aired this hot erotic series late night. Red Shoe Diaries told the story of a wife who kills herself and leaves behind a diary for her husband to read and discovers her secret sexual life and the reason to why she killed herself. David Duchovny's character puts out an ad asking women to tell their own erotic secrets. The series was long-running (through most of the 90's) and very successful. It was never hardcore or explicit/nasty, it was tasteful, steamy, and hot for softcore, probably the best softcore series ever made. Loved it. Some episodes are available on DVD (also Netflix) and many more are available on VHS through Amazon.com
