Who was that one guy?

I used to watch this show in the 90s and there was a very memorable cast member who had a very tall girlfriend with over processed bleached blonde hair..I remember them so distinctly because he was so crazy about her. She was taller than him, they were both white and always all over each other. I looked up the old cast group photos but nothing is clicking. Does anybody remember them and did they get married? Thanks!
