Is there an alternate version of the twist ending in "Be My Valentine"?

SPOILERS

When I saw this episode, I clearly recall that the two male killers kiss each other, and then explain how they didn't leave semen in their female victims because they had been using sex toys, because vaginal fluid is dirty, and this is what Maxine refers to as "sick," rather than just the quick, brotherly peck on the lips between the two men.

Am I crazy, or is this a deleted portion of the episode?
