Was there an episode where a guy kills another guy on a rooftop at the end? After the murder another guy in a suit starts singing and dancing "You had a best friend, that you killed in the end!" And reveals himself to be the devil or a demon.

Your description sounds a lot like the former series "Brimstone."
It ran on Fox on Fridays from Oct. '98 to Feb. '99. And reruns
of this supernatural show have aired on both SyFy and Chiller.
If you recall Peter Horton was a cop who'd killed the man who'd
raped his wife and then he'd died in the pilot. Then he was
sentenced to hell where the devil played by John Glover offered
him the opportunity to go after 130 criminals who'd escaped
back to earth and to capture these lost souls. Upon returning
all of them the cop would get a second chance at life back on
earth. And in the meantime he was trying to find and get
reunited with his spouse who'd moved to the west coast from
New York. The description you've given sounds like one of the
episodes and the devil often wore a suit and he looked human.

the show you remember definitely was not Robert Englund's
other series "Freddie's Nightmares." Since that one
ran from 1988-1990. I have no idea which tv show you
remember.
