I havn't seen Mulberry in years, it was a childhood favorite and i want to see if it stands up to years build up!
So if anyone knows where you can buy the series from (as cheap as poss wud be good too!) i wud reall appreciate it.

I couldn't find it on the BBC America site, but I checked Amazon and they are showing it as being released on Region 1 DVD on June 13th, 2006 for $31.49.
Amazon does not list any special features, but the TVShowsOnDVD.com site lists an interview with Geraldine McEwan and Karl Howman.
Now to wait (im)patiently for June 13th.
on amazon, it now says the region is 'unknown' and that the dvd may not play on region 1 players...
i really hope that this is something that will clear up or that a r1 will be released as well as this version (whatever region it turns out to be!)..
does anyone know anything further about this??
I noticed that too when I re-checked the site the other day (to see if they had upped the release date, lol).
When I originally posted in March, it DID say Region 1 then; I don't know when/why they changed it.
It looks like Amazon has changed alot of the region designations on the Brit Coms. For instance, Good Neighbors and Bless Me, Father are both showing "Unknown" in region, but when I bought them last year they both said "Region 1", and they both play fine for me in the US.
Some of the others, To The Manor Born and Fawlty Towers, are showing Region 1. So maybe Amazon just likes to confuse us!
Available on E-bay! To be released June 13th. I just pre-ordered it. Prices ranged from $24.95 to over $40. Have been looking for it for ages! Don't know what prompted me to look on E-bay, but I did, and voila!!

shareOh gosh! Don't get it on E-Bay. I got mine from DeepDiscountDVD.com. Or do a DVD comarison at DVDpricesearch.com. I got my Mulberry and it works great (region 1). Sadly, only the one extra (the interview). I really love this show.
shareThe "extra" was an interview with Geraldine McEwan and Karl Howman during the first series. The date of the interview was Sept 3,1992 and the show was called Pebble Mill. During the interview they mention that episode 5 reveals a lot so I think this was done before the airing of episode #2.
