Miss Farnaby's Car
Does anybody know the make of Miss Farnaby's car?
shareI have been trying to find that out myself. A friend of mine thinks it is a Bristol car (google it, or try wikipedia). There is some similarity, but I can't be sure.
shareI am very pleased to report that my suspicion was correct. In one episode I saw something between the front and back doors toward the roof of the car and I said to myself, "THAT looks like a turn signal that flicks out of the side of the car." I have only seen this on one other car and that was when I did closed captioning for Ballykissangel. That was last night. Tonight I was watching series 2, episode 5 and surely enough I was able to confirm my suspicion as the front of the car passed very close to the camera and I freeze framed it...and because I already felt I knew the make of the car, I could read the letters. *sigh* That's the long answer...the short version is...the car is a JAVELIN.
