Why they will never put it on DVD...

Disney never puts any of its children shows on DVD with a complete series release. At least not in America. They tried it twice one with the first half of Lizzie McGuire and again with the first season of Hannah Montana. Now of course these were Disney's money milking shows.

However even though they would make money on complete series or season sets Disney knows that they make more money by placing one or two episodes on a single disk and releasing them over a long period of time. Why? Because the money they can make every time they release one or two episodes is more than they would get for releasing all 31 episodes.

Same thing goes for:
Aladdin
Hercules
The New Adventures of Winnie The Pooh

They all are part of franchises that they can get away with releasing 1 or 2 episodes.

Now why they don't release some of the more recent series that are made for Disney Channel I have no idea? It makes more sense to release the complete series or seasons because those shows become dated. Though I personally still like Lizzie McGuire a child of today may not because of references and what have you. So why not milk it to there advantage with full season releases when they are profitable.

Now I you do want to see:
The Little Mermaid
Aladdin
Hercules
The New Adventures of Winnie The Pooh
Pepper Ann
Disney's Doug
Lilo and Stich
Any of those shows or even the more modern ones and not just the cartoons you can go on ioffer and get the complete series extremely cheep and most of the time with custom DVD art, custom DVD cases, and custom menus. The episodes are taken from original airings or later Disney Channel airings which are not cut in anyway.

I was able to get TLM, Aladdin, Hercules, Winnie the Pooh, and Kim Possible for under 150 dollars. Individually it was about 20-35 dollars a piece. The image and sound quality is not perfect but its still extremely good and better than never seeing them. Also some sets do include the movies that go along with them.

Probably not. But never say never, Disney has released a few TV shows as DVD exclusives through the Disney Movie Club like Kim Possible, The Weekenders and Goof Troop. I really hope to see Aladdin come out some day. That being said, though, they never finish the series so it's not exactly anything to look forward to, I guess...

Dragonzord! Mastodon! Pterodactyl! Triceratops! Saber Toothed Tiger! Tyrannosaurus!
