I don't care what anyone says!

This whole series is one of the funniest and most underrated sitcoms in history and it's all mostly due to Mark Curry's comedic performance throughout.

And I'm not going by seasons, I'm going by the ENTIRE series from the first season to the last.

I'm sick of seeing people say "Oh, the first season was the best and after that is when it went downhill" or anything like that claiming that the first season was good but just because Dawnn Lewis was gone and replaced by Saundra Quarterman and Raven Symone that it lost it's value. That's complete BS. This show got better once that change happened and it's not really due to their characters but the material that was thrown at Mark and his physical comedy.

First off, Geneva and Nicole should've been added in from the beginning because even though I liked the original concept of Mark living with Robin and Vanessa, the ABC TGIF line-up was made up of predominantly family type sitcoms with shows like: Full House, Family Matters, Step by Step, Growing Pains, and others (of course, with Perfect Strangers being an exception). Once Geneva and Nicole were brought into the picture, it fit in more with the line-up though I think they still could've kept Robin and made more about Mark living in a house of females. And secondly, like I said before, the material got better in later seasons and helped show off Mark Curry's physical comedy skills which in my opinion are very underrated. It's episodes like My Achy Breaky Back, Robo Golf, and more that really show how much of comedic genius Mark Curry truly is.

I feel as though sitcoms like these while not ground breaking were underrated for the things that they did right. You don't go 5 seasons if you were doing something wrong. Mark Curry was very talented. A couple years ago I watched the entire series of Perfect Strangers and OMG! For that show not to be in reruns somewhere should be a federal crime. SOOOO UNDERRATED it's not even funny. You want to talk about physical comedy? Mark Linn-Baker and Bronson Pinchot nailed that and much more. That's another comedy that wasn't ground breaking but you have to admire the way they worked on that show. It was gold.

I agree with the both of you guys. This show is highly underrated. It is amazing that the show had 5 seasons (did the show ever have a season finale), It was great to see Mark living with 2 females in the beginning but I hate that Dawn was off the show after the 2nd seasons I don't think her depature was explained and then in comes Geneva and Nicole. I do like the later seasons with Nicole and Geneva the show did become more funny and that little Tyler was hillarious.
