Question: Was Divia Lacroix's bio-daughter or step-daughter?

reply

I wondered that too..I think bio daughter.
he was so repulsed by her attraction to him.

he seemed reluctant to call her daughter, thats what made me wonder.

reply

I don't think they ever really mentioned it.

But to the OP question, no. I don't feel sorry for her.

That whole "Poor kid never had a chance" angle doesn't impress me. She was fully aware of her actions and she got what she had coming to her in the end.

Maybe I'm more than a little upset at the fact that she killed Vachon and Urs without so much as a thought.

reply

loved her evilness.

reply

lacroix should have did it with her

reply

eeeeek

Her name is Kathryn Long, you could have looked up her name since it's on here anyway. She's probably more well known in the US for the tv show, Goosebumps if anyone here has ever seen it.

Divia was terrifyingly evil. Her father, LaCroix, was delightfully evil. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

reply

Eh, don't know if I'd say I felt sorry for Divia, but I do agree the young actress who played her did a hell of a job. How in the world she didn't go on to bigger and better things I'll never know.

reply

I do feel sorry for her situation regarding Lacroix never teaching her right from wrong and giving her good morals, but just because you are not raised in a decent way does not excuse the things she did. She did not choose to learn and do good things. I do not feel sorry for her in the sense that she chose to be the way she was.
