What episode with super scientist?

I watched pretty much the entire show when I was young and I remember an episode with Hank & Jib and some kind of superscientist. Throughout the episode they hesitate to call this superscientist. At the end they finally do so and 10 doors or so open and this scientist tells them that "they are screwed" or something like that. Does anyone which episode I mean? Thanks!
