'Someone was watching'

Oh wow. That's a surprise. That was a strange episode. When the son calmly asked if she was in one piece, I thought for sure the show would go on to explain more about that very odd question. For example, maybe someone was threatening her or he knew that she was associating with some bad elements. Then when he said he had a class...so bizarre. Thanks!
