Trying to find "Churchill looking startled!" episode

Been trying to find the episode where Richie says this line:

"We've been thrown out of many a good snug because of your knob impressions haven't we? We've seen them all! Big Ben, Zulus at dawn, Churchill looking startled!"

Just watched every episode and I realised I hadn't seen that bit so I must have missed it and wondering what episode it was in?
