On the imdb credits, that's what it said. I find that incredibly hard to believe. I mean, he IS a voice-actor, but, really?

Look around on Youtube. You'll find plenty of videos of him doing the voice.

he also did skeeter from the muppet babies i believe, which is essentially the same voice

He rarely uses it outside of the show, but I've seen him do his Bobby voice on stage during one of his stand up routines.
