If his initial offer of $50 was turned down, then immediately asking for only $5 was something he rarely did ha ha. But no, Sourdough was obviously always desperate to make a sale, and since most of his kid customers usually carried a measly 10 bucks with them, he knew trying to negotiate like a pro was useless (not that he could anyway). By the way, those magic shop scenes are freaking amusing.
