I personally have not seen it yet; it's in my queue on Netflix, and I'm looking forward to watching it. It's supposedly just as good as the first, which isn't saying much (LOL) but still.

The 2nd one follows pretty close to the first with a different intro for our characters and a brief scene with more intergalactic hunters and menaces. It's a neat sequel for what it is. No stop motion monsters but it's a fun romp of a movie as much as the first one.
