Mid '70s cartoon?

I'm not finding it here on the IMDB, but I seem to remember a cartoon version of this story that aired a few times in the mid-70's. I don't think it was a Rankin-Bass creation, but I remember Jimmy Osmond sang the title song. I've found lots more obscure holiday shows, movies and tv programs on the IMDB, and I'm puzzled as to why I'm not finding this one. Someone please tell me I'm not going crazy!!!
