Brigitte Lin doesn't die in the end, right? I mean, there's a sequel tot his (which I heard sucked ass), but it actually takes place where the movie left off. So she/he's not dead, right? :P

That's just a spin-off. In the Jin Yong novel (from which this movie GREATLY, GREATLY deviated), the character of Dong Fong Bu Bai dies.
