Is it good & scary?

Scary? Not really. Good? It's classic 90s cheeseness. Worth a watch? YES.

It's not the least bit scary, but it is pretty amusing and enjoyable in an admittedly crude and adolescent sort of way.

It's a little more scary than your average 90's "goosebumps" but not as scary as your average 90's "Are you Afraid of the Dark." It's on par for quality.
