Goosebumps on Crack

Watched this on YouTube and only two segments "Bad Apples" and "Flyboy" and it was pretty damn disturbing for an early 90s horror film. It obviously took place in the late 80s or early 90s but the "Bad Apple" one felt like it could've took place in the late 50s or early 60s and the "Flyboy" one looked like it could've took place in the early-mid 70s, until you see Growing Pains on TV in a dream sequence.
