Gabrielle Anwar's favorite movie

In an interview for her new show Burn Notice, she says how much she loved doing this movie and watching it still -- it is her favorite movie that she's ever made, in spite of "only being seen by like, five pre-pubescent girls."
You can see it on the USA Network site, under interviews on the Burn Notice page.

Gabrielle Anwar today is still a very beautiful woman and it's shameful she's underappreciated as an actress.

I love this movie. I'm a grown woman and it makes me cry like a baby every time I watch it.

I think it is teriffic. Ms Anwar was great in it. My homeport was in Newport RI in the late fifties and if I had known that this act was being performed in Alantc City I would have gone to see it when we were in port. It doesn't make me cry but it does kind of choke me up. I can see why it would be her favorite movie. She is a real good actress. I wonder if Gabrielle Anwar ever met the real Sonora Carver? I see the movie was made in 1991 and Mrs Carver died in 2003 at the age of 99. Richard
