V.I.'s bruised face sure cleared up quickly
After she got beat up by Smeissen's thugs, her face was (or should have been) a mess. But just a few scenes later, her face was good as new.
Apparently, you missed the next scene where she is applying VERY heavy doses of make-up to cover it. Not that it would cover the swelling, but, after all, this is Hollywood and they DID make an effort to explain it.
shareThe only accurate scene I've seen was in Year of the Dragon where the antagonist played by John Lone gets socked in the face by Mickey Rourke and then has to wear a bandage on his face because of the big bruise.
