The gratuitous amniotic fluid bursting open and pouring all over the doctor's face. TWICE. And if you notice he's not even underneath it in the full screen shot.
The dad's face as he stares in disbelief and disgust and says "It's horrible." and the baby grimaces and sticks a knitting needle in his eye.
It's bad and not in a funny way. It just pisses you off because it's so stupid.

How do bad films like this get made when so many other good ideas never get made ?
What really gets to me is that it's obviouse that a great many people tried really hard for this film. The acting is excellent, the sound track is suitably creepy, a dozen other practices that I know nothing about are excellent as far as I can tell, but the writing, the directing and the effects are all a let down.
There's no hope for me, but you can still save yourself, don't watch this film. Save yourself. Run away...

I thought the cheesiness of the baby was great, definitely funny. Yeah it could've been better, but I wasn't pissed off at all. I loved every minute.

I agree with Enekobus, this was some silly fun. I read the poor reviews first, perhaps my low expectations made it a little better, but I don't regret watching this movie at all.
One thing I loved was that a shady character was hanging out in the lobby of the abortion clinic to offer back alley abortions to women who have been turned down. HAHA.
