I'm in a hurry. Can anybody tell me who the MAIN bad-guy was.

The actor is Andrew Divoff, he also played the Genie in 'Wishmaster. Good actor!

BTW, "Genie" is supposed to be spelled Djinni, or, if you prefer, just Djinn.
I vouched for Divoff as Sam Fisher in the upcoming Splinter Cell movie. I'm also pushing for Mike Ironsides...

It was Andrew Divoff, who played Cherry Ganz in Another 48 Hours.

Nobody plays bad guys like Andrew Divoff, his role here and in Another 48 Hours are two of my favorites of his.

Did anybody notice him as one of the Russians in Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull? I've always liked him, wished he played more parts. For years I always thought he was Mactilburgh in The Fifth Element played by Christopher Fairbank. They just looked like the same person to me until I figured it out years later. Lol
