Try little mom & pop video stores, the ones Lackluster hasn't eaten up. I had the misfortune of seeing this movie when it was new, from such a place.
In general, if you're lucky enough to have a small, independent video store lying around you can see lots of things (B-Movies mostly) you'd never see from a major chain, and being small businesses they are more willing to deal and negotiate over little things (like buying a movie right off the shelf) than a big chain with policies, and myriad layers of management.
