What happened to the Foot Clan?

There was a small army at the end when the turtles fought Tokka & Rahzar in the warehouse coliseum, but once the fight entered the club only a few foot were fought.

As we saw from the results of the 1st film, some foot always manage to escape and flee. So what happened to the clan at the end of this movie? Did they disband? Did they start a new faction?

I presume the 3rd movie might mention that. Though that Tatsu guy was pretty keen on becoming the new leader in the 2nd movie so presumably he would now again claim leadership with Shredder gone.

no way man, in tmnt 4 the foot clan is back and as strong as ever. but some chick is running the show.
