I often see this image associated with the movie, although I can't place it anywhere in the film. Is it a deleted scene from the movie or just a promotional image that was shot?

(For those who don't feel like clicking the link, it's the pic of Raphael with a pizza in his hand while the other 3 guys are ganging up on him to take it. Looks like it's in their sewer lair).

It is a promotional still.

Yep.

That was the exact promo still used for the 'Movie Edition" Ninja Turtles action figures. It was located on the back of the card.
