Im watching the new remastered version of this movie but they dont translate any of the writing can someone help me with that?

The note that gets passed in class in the beggining? the signs he has to wear when hes being punished?

The nerdy little dude just tells Stephen to keep his cool and not confront the teacher.

The signs say he didn't do his homework, he spaced out in class, and everything is his fault, etc.
