Probably not, seeing how many people have come on this board. I had never even heard of this movie until I saw it on Comedy Central. Pretty funny, especially if you've seen Pesci's tougher films like Casino or Goodfellas.
shareI don't see why it wouldn't be released. I looked at the worst movies of all time on this site and i know for a fact that a lot of them are on dvd. And they have a worse rating than this film.

shareIt's been out of print for years. You can still get it on DVD as a double feature with some other movie, but it's only in full screen now.

If you still cant find you can download from torrent - search this The.Super.1991.DVDRip.x264.iNT-iOM however i don't know how strict laws in your country are about this kind a thing so be careful !
