The only reason me and my friend rented this little masterpiece-of-sh*t was because hogans acting was so horrible on the front cover of the dvd case lol! We could just laugh our asses off at the name "Suburban Commando" an look at hogan on the case lol!

Most of the film is pretty good and funny, but the last 20 or so minutes where the "action" takes over sucks badly

it's def not a great epic like lords of the rings, or a award winning film like saving private ryan, but it's still a light entertaining fluff film in the vain of cool runnings, or teenage mutant ninja turtles. i have seen movies that are just plan bad and have no redeeming qualities in them at all like the asylum of satan or the zombie dairies.
