This movie is easily the best movie he made. It was funny, had a great cast, and lot's of action. What more could you want?

I kind of agree. This was the most entertaining, but still bad compared to regular mainstream movies. I can actually watch this one again, unlike many of his other films. It definitely had some good moments and funny scenes.

This is how I would rank the Hogan movies I've seen:

Suburban Commando
No Holds Barred
Mr. Nanny
Thunder in Paradise
Thunder in Paradise 2
Santa with Muscles
3 Ninjas High Noon at Mega Mountain

Of course this list is with him as the star.

I agree, Hogan was never a good actor but this has the most replay value out of the movies he did. I think Christopher Lloyd helped to make it more watchable.

Love the slice of life storyline as well.

No Hold Barred is king but I would put this at 2nd best
