Couple things about the Lobby scene (where Waymon hits the guy)

One of my favorite movies... not because it's great, but it's just a feel good movie... but in particular, a couple things stuck out as really unrealistic in the lobby scene.

When David and Larry are coming back from lunch and they see Waymon, the boss, the Halloran brothers coming out from the elevator, the big boss guy asks David if he's just coming back from lunch. Now these guys are big time real estate brokers so their jobs are not exactly 9 to 5. There's no way in hell that anyone is going to question them about their choice of lunch hours.

Secondly, when David says Bobby was fired, and the boss says well he has been rehired... David says I'm gonna take this up with the board, like a broker has any concern that another broker's trainee has been rehired, and even if he did for some far fetched reason, he sure wouldn't even think of taking it up with the board of directors.
