why the low rating???? at least deserves a 7

this deserves a dvd or blu ray release , just watched this on vhs the other day and it was just as good as i remembered, yes it might be cheesy , but deserves more attention , there is alot of way worse flicks then this rated way higher, i thought the cat was pretty creepy and the attacks was well done and the characters pretty likeable , good build up , great tension, nice beautiful location , anyway i gave it a 8 , maybe i'm just a fan of underrated hidden gems like this, box says R but more like pg13, no language or nudity , just some mild violence nothing too extreme, watched this with my little nephew and he got a kick out of it
