"Story Lady" reissued on DVD.

Unbeknownst to everyone involved in the making of it, including the writer (me), "The Story Lady" was reissued on DVD in 2010 and renamed "The Christmas Story Lady." It's available from a variety of sellers on Amazon, and the last time I looked, all but a couple of the 39 customer reviews gave it Five Stars. I had to agree with those who quibbled that the new title wasn't exactly kosher. The last two acts take place at Christmastime, but in no way is the story "about" Christmas. Still, I was overjoyed to see my beloved firstborn made available again two decades after the original airdate on NBC, and to have so many people act like they've been reunited with a dear friend they haven't seen in years.
