Available on R1 dvd?

I saw this film in Italy in 1991 and it blew me away. The book elevated ordinary detective fiction outside the genre, and the film version was perhaps even better; great acting, gorgeous cinematography, suspenseful pacing. This film has it all. I'd love to find a copy on dvd. Is it available anywhere?
