Title and blurb confuse audiences of this movie

This movie is unlike its blurb or even its poster (which makes it look like a romcom)
Its worse on Wiki where it describes it as” Spotswood is an Australian crime drama film:”

The only crime is a leaking of documents to rev up the unions.

Not even sure it is a drama. More of a typical Aussie quirky characters driven film
In Australia it is called Spotswood (A suburb, and not a famous one at that and not known in other states) which it not a smart title.
they changed the name in US to Efficiency Expert which is not too bad
This blurb
An expert on productivity shows wacky workers in 1966 Australia how to run their moccasin factory like clockwork, despite laying off more than half the workforce.
Is not correct.
Spoiler alert

Yes he does do this but only in the final wrap it all up minutes

The story is about his journey....
vague spoilers/analogy

from an outsider to analyse a failing small business and accidentally become friends with the staff and realise that making loads of money from cutting staff is not as satisfying as creating a good work environment and happy colleagues and maybe that there are other ways to save a business as well as reconnecting with people rather than seeing them as liabilities

(quick analogies open to interpretation which is what IMDB is all about)
Not the best movie even thought it has Anthony Hopkins, a young Russell Crowe, Toni Collette and Ben Mendohlson in it but I have not seen any other movie like it (maybe Kinky boots). This is a movie that Hollywood could really do well as either a drama, romcom or comedy. Just needs a decent leading man or woman. Perhaps this is where the movie fell down, too many ideas, hence the wealth of references I often use from this movie (I am a business analyst after all)
