The part where Jim falls over their graves

When Jim falls over their tombrocks is that kinda of creepy when Lawson is
standing on one lighting a smoke

Yeah that was pretty creepy. Jim is just looking for graves, even though he already knows they are the dead boys who killed his brother, when he trips and finds what he's looking for. I guess Lawson just popped up like that cuz that's his grave and his body, or whatever remained after the train hit the car. It freaked Jim out, so I guess that's what tey wanted.

Like many horror movie monsters, the kids from Sometimes They Come Back seem to possess both a limited for of omniscience and the ability to teleport at will.

While it is established that the use their vehicle to commit acts of murder and mayhew, as well as to inspire fear in their victims, it doesn't seem to be their only method of transportation. Those guys quite often throughout the movie turn up at the most inconvenient of times to harass Mr. Norman and others, and with the element of surprise as well. I think they seem to have the ability to teleport themselves and their car at will to wherever Mr. Norman is currently located.

Their powers of omniscience give them the ability to know exatcly what Mr. Norman is up to and where he will be at any given moment. There's no way any normal person with ordinary powers of perception would have been able to divine that Mr. Norman was going to the Millford Cemetery to locate their graves.
