Al Leong? (minor spoilers)

I can't find his name in the credits, but one of Yoshida's henchmen looks an awful lot like Leong. He is among the three henchmen to die when Lundgren blows up the car after preventing Minako's seppuku.

It's always fun to spot Al Leong in these kinds of movies, isn't it? I watched it just last night and I'm sure that was him. Funny how my friend always calls him "Tiger Joe" (from "Cage") while I always say "There's Gengis Khan!" (from Bill and Ted).

Good old Al... they should get him for Expendables 3!

Yeah that's him!

I was glad for him in Bill & Ted. Not only is he a good actor with impressive martial arts skills, but he unfortunately had died in almost every movie he was in.

Big Trouble in Little China
Die Hard
Last Action Hero
Showdown in Little Tokyo
I Come in Peace
Rapid Fire
(and others I am sure)

Kind of nice his character survived....must have been the Twinkies.

He also got killed in Lethal Weapon (torture scene).

I first saw him in Die Hard when I was a real little, so whenever I'd see him in something else I'd be like "HEY, that's the Nestle Crunch terrorist!"

"Osbourne Cox? I thought you might be worried...about the security...of your sh*t."

They cut the scene where he died. He dies in everything. It’s in his contract.

reply

He didn't die in Bill and Ted. Well,... not technically anyway.

There's not too many 80's and 90's martial arts films where he doesn't pop up somewhere. I spotted him straight away firing at Dolph.🐭
