What in the hell is a "clut"?

"I don't like Mondays."

Well, Miss Ferly ....

*Clears throat. Pauses.*. Miss Ferly, are you from Idaho?

Anyway, Miss Ferly ... is that right? Miss ... Ferly, is it ???

Anyway that question reminds me of a moment long ago when I walked into an office, see, where two astronomers were talking? And one of them called someone a klutz, and I said "What the hell is a klutz?"

Damn strange isn't it how full of coincidences the world is. Have you ever been in Christmas Valley, by any chance?

ANyway, I'm pleased as punch that you asked!

Clam?

That's what I'm saying!

Great fantastic movie!

Plan 10 was awesome too, but this one is the masterpeice. When if ever will it be on DVD? More people need to see this film, it will change the world just like "Titanic", except for the better. I can't even show this to anyone because I can't find a copy no matter how many pawn shops I search.

Did I not love him, Cooch? MY OWN FLESH I DIDN'T LOVE BETTER!!! But he had to say 'Nooooooooo'

I'm on board. An excellent movie. BTW, tell me, where can I get a R&E t-shirt. I would where it proudly.

I used to write for the University of Utah newspaper as a movie critic. I almost had the opportunity to fully interview Trent Harris for the paper. Alas, I only got as far as talking to him on the phone. Ah well.......life.

Anyway, about that t-shirt..............

is that illegal? if not I would want one for sure.

reply

its about as illegal as downloading an mp3 of the internet.

Sorry largeblackandwhitecreature, I was cleaning popcorn off the dashboard.

OK on the TSHIRTS, well. You just have to visit the director's website -- http://www.cc.utah.edu/~th3597/

Somebody was lookin for videos, Amazon has some for sale today (Apirl 2005), used. Trent also says he has some, see website. Man, that guy is a heck of a salesperson.

Now if I could just find somebody who can actually see the trailer house in that shot ....

I went as "the king of the echo people" (while doing my time in the U.S.A.F.) for a halloween costume contest in Yakota, Japan. I took second. Whateves. I look nothing like Glover. My outfit was miles from perfect...I just kept screaming that my cat could eat a whole watermelon and was pleasantly suprised at how much a judging panel could be swayed by a threatening loose cannon. Some cat in a rental santa suit took first. I stumbled away fifty bucks richer. That's the kind of money that you just don't touch. Somebody tell me where I can get an authentic "WHO AM I" button.

Hello fellow Fraud Failures. Just found out about this fantastic film from reading Robin Bougie's Cinema Sewer Vol.1 and watched it today. Blew my mind !!!
I just can't believe it was made nearly 20 years ago and I never heard about it.

Long live Simon.

Cheers

It's weird how threads about the DVD get deleted on such an inactive board without newly started threads.

Do you own the DVD made and sold by the director?
I have wanted it for a long time, but am wary of the quality and price. I've e-mailed the website twice and gotten no response.

reply

Any chance of a Region 2 version?

reply

I would suggest that you e-mail his website and ask.
He responded me the third time I e-mailed to ask how long it would take to get after I ordered it. I think he sent it out pretty fast. It is a burned DVD-R with purple or blue back on it. It does have graphics printed on the DVD and the DVD case has a printed cover. It has the movie and it has the trailer. It was $25 all included.

It's not as good a transfer as one expects from a movie studio, but I am at least happy that it is available at all. Hopefully, one day one of the cult film DVD studios will upgrade this film and put out a really nice release. I suggest it to Criterion now and then.
