What was the character name and who was the actor of the giant henchman with the prosthetics ?

The character is named Lothar and the actor playing him is Tiny Ron (real name Ronald Taylor).

The Lothar character and prosthetic makeup is based on 1930s-40s character actor Rondo Hatton.

When there's no more room in Hollywood, remakes shall walk the Earth.

It amuses me how Arkin's character refers to him that way.
