Class Warfare: Diary?

It's not too surprising that a Robin Hood film would be made recently, since there has been a rise in popularity of vigilantism-themed films (especially comic book adapted films!).

Perhaps this is because urbanization of the modern age and networking intrigue in the computer-age (e.g., Facebook) creates new kinds of excitement towards civics derring-do.

So here's a comic book stylized vigilantism fan-fic in honor of this oddly well-timed film starring the iconic Kevin Costner.

San Francisco was now inhabited by a new troop of vigilantes who prowled the city streets late at night with crossbows and wearing masks. These vigilantes, led by a Swedish super-archer named Oliver, numbered ten and carried as their proud insignia a green-colored sparkling arrowhead; they called themselves Arrow's Dominion. Oliver led this team on special missions and raids designed to 'steal from the rich and give to the poor.' Oliver married the female member of the group, Sheena, who shared his passion for class revolution.

Oliver grew up in the forests of Sweden where he hones his archery skills. He was a big fan of the English folk hero Robin Hood and wanted to copy the daring deeds the fabled hero did and how he inspired Englishmen to think about the value of class-based oppression. "If men to not believe they are free from the emotional burden of wealth, then they are in danger of becoming slaves!" Arrow's Dominion became very strong, and over the course of three years, they changed the tone of class-based political criticism in San Francisco.

Soon, the corrupt politicians of San Francisco (who stood to otherwise benefit from class-based economic inequalities) decided to hire a special mob to hunt down and kill the members of Arrow's Dominion who were now receiving attention in the press after Oliver started sending in notices about his team's vigilantism-themed deeds. This specially-hired mob were given the name Death Merchants and were led by a ruthless brute named Oswald who carried a silencer-pistol.

Arrow's Dominion managed to defeat the Death Merchants in a street-war spanning two full years. Special underground fan clubs formed to celebrate the courage and vigilance of Arrow's Dominion. Oliver went into his private room and wrote in his diary, "It pleases me that Hollywood has made a lavish film about Robin Hood starring Kevin Costner, and perhaps someday the work of Arrow's Dominion will be remembered as a mission that successfully changed the way Americans think about the 'jungle of class insanity'!"
