shareIt was actually mentioned by the lawyers during the movie that he had and he was being sentenced. They made a joke about the death sentence. Amazingly Henry I gather, didn't have to go to court to testify.

That could well be although IRL as you're probably aware, court frequently comes a long time after the actual crime is committed.

If I recall correctly, the guy said that IF the shooter had been caught, he would have brought back the death penalty single-handedly. Seems to imply that the shooter wasn't caught.

Just watched it (for the 3rd time or so) tonight....and you're right. The lawyer buddy was talking tough, but the guy hadn't been caught.
