Did anyone else start thinking during the movie that the doctor impregnated Rose and the cyst thing was a coverup for her to have an abortion? It's pretty amazing that the plot twist opportunity that presented itself wasn't taken...I think it made it a better movie.

Yes, the movie tried to make you start thinking that when characters talked about how the doctor was in the room with her for such a long time. Classic misdirection.
