Spoilers! Question. Were there two endings...?

Did different countries get different endings or something.

The one I just viewed ended with the new Pope.

The version I read a synopsis from had an additional scene with Dave and Victoria taking in the orphans. A German sight has a still showing the kids having a jam session with David and Victoria.
