Fascinating premise!
I vaguely recall that this was a pilot for a prospective series.
shareIt was.Each week we would see how life was lived on this moon colony.The TV-movie gave me the feeling that this would be a series with a realistic look at living on the moon.This wasn't going to be a show with episodes involving aliens,spacecraft from other worlds,rampaging robots & such things.Not sure just how fresh & interesting the plots would be every week within this premise.However,the sets for Plymouth were magnificent to view.Wished it was picked up as a series to see what it might have been.
shareWell, it could always be revived. I envision it as a series on premium cable, or AMC, with lavish sets. I guess you could build a small colonial village in a barren, desert environment. I suppose they'd shoot at night; is there even sunlight or a 'daytime' on the moon?
