Yeah, I said it. Jeff Speakman 1991 version is built better than Seagal of the same year, who was peaking with Out For Justice at the time. It's too bad Speakman didn't make a bigger name for himself.

Oh, great for him, it seems like he dropped off the Earth after The Perfect Weapon. I would have loved to see more movies with his expertise. Phillip Rhee is almost the same way, he made the Best of the Best movies, and that's it.
